How long will it take to ship my order?

We aim to process all orders and dispatch within 1-2 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from time of purchase.

You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched. You can also log into your account and see if your order has been dispatched.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes we do, all calendars that are sent to an international address are posted via Royal Mail International Post with an estimated delivery time of 3 to 5 working days for European destinations and 5 to 7 working days for the Rest of the World.

What is the estimated delivery date?

This is the date that we estimate Royal Mail will deliver your item. This is only an estimated date and cannot be guaranteed during the current COVID-19 situation. 

Do you offer priority shipping?

We are currently working on creating a priority shipping option! However, if you email us we can see what can be done if you have a delivery date in mind. 

What happens once I’ve placed my order?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email within 5 minutes to confirm receipt of your purchase. 

Can I place an order over the telephone?

Unfortunately, we cannot take payment for your order via telephone for security reasons. All payments must be made through our website – https://www.thecalendarking.co.uk If you need help or advice whilst placing your order, please contact our customer service;- orders@thecalendarking.co.uk 

Can I change or cancel my order / part of my order?

We may be able to change or cancel your order if we have not started processing it. We will need to be notified within 24hrs of your order placed via email;- orders@thecalendarking.co.uk 

Can I send calendars to someone other than myself?

Yes, once you have purchased the product you will be given separate delivery options if you require.  

My order is damaged upon receiving it, what can I do?

All our calendars are well packaged and protected, which means there would rarely be any damages. However, in the rare case your calendar is damaged, please email: orders@thecalendarking.co.uk with your order ID and we will send you a new calendar out as soon as possible. 

Does my calendar need to be signed for when delivered?

Our calendars are designed and packaged to fit through your mailbox. However, with orders of over 4 calendars it is likely that your order will be hand delivered. 

I have received the wrong product, what can be done?

We are very sorry to hear if you have received the wrong order. Our calendars are hand packaged and labeled, unfortunately on very rare occasions, packing is subject to human error.

Please email us with the order ID number to;- orders@thecalendarking.co.uk and we will aim to have the correct calendar out to you as soon as possible. 

I have lost my log in details, what do I do?

Don’t worry, if you go to the login page and below the ‘Login’ button you will find a link that says ‘Forgotten Password?’. Please click here and then enter your email address and select ‘Retrieve Password’ to receive a password reset by email.

How do I customise my calendar?

We are currently working on an exciting new application for online personalisation of your calendar. You can sign up to our newsletter for more information on our release date.

How do I personalise my business calendar?

All artwork for our business calendars is FREE. Once purchased, simply email your front cover (preferably portrait image), each month (preferably landscape images) logo and brand colours to;- orders@thecalendarking.co.uk and we will take care of the rest. 

How long does it take to receive a proof of my business calendar?

Currently all artwork for business calendar proofs are between 2-3 working days upon receiving your images, logos and any further information required. 

How long does it take to get a reply from your customer service team?

We aim to respond within 24 hours, in most cases within a couple of hours.  

Why am I having payment issues on checkout?

Please double check your card details as they may have been entered incorrectly – this likely to be the reason why.

If you’ve purchased from us previously, it maybe the case you already have an account registered with us. If this is the case the debit/credit card that you’re trying to use is registered to that account.

What size are the calendars?

Currently, all calendars are A4 size. 

My account is locked, what do I do?

If your account is locked you will need to contact us and we will resolve this issue. This is usually caused by repeated failed logins.

My order still hasn’t arrived!

All items are sent First Class and you will receive notification once your order has been dispatched. Post is currently taking up to 5 days longer is some areas due to the current COVID-19 situation. 

Are my personal details secure?

Security is extremely important to us and we are committed to protecting your privacy and our site is checked daily using our security software. 

How can I access my shopping history?

To view any current or previous orders, simply access your account dashboard and you will find ‘orders’ section. This will display all orders for you on a list. 

What are cookies?

An HTTP cookie is a small piece of data sent from a website and stored on the user’s computer by the user’s web browser while the user is browsing. Cookies were designed to be a reliable mechanism for websites to remember stateful information or to record the user’s browsing activity.
